MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS                                                   

1. Artwork Format: (Artwork must always be in press quality pdf format)

2. Size of Artwork: (The delivered artwork must be the same size as the Rate Card specifications)

3. Colour Mode/Filtration of Artwork: (The work must always be in CMYK)

4. Type of Black Text: (Black text must always be in true black and not register in all colours)

5. Text Windows: (Black text must not create windows)

6.Fonts: (All fonts used in the document must be embedded)

7.Photo Quality: (The photos must be right resolution minimum of 200 dpi, CMYK for colour versions and gray scaled pictures for B/W and look right at 100% without pixilation)

8.Crop Marks: (All artwork must always come in as a pdf format)

• All rates are exclusive of 18% VAT. 
• Adverts must be paid for in full in advance. 
• Payments to be made in Frw for Rwandan based advertisers and Ush for Ugandan based advertisers. 
• All Rwandese based advertisers must make their cheques payable to The Eye Limited. 
• All Ugandan based advertisers must make their cheques payable to The Print House Ltd. . 
• Artwork should be provided in final format, electronically. 
• 10% Surcharge for preferred placement of Adverts for Pages 1, 3, 5 & 9
• 10% Discount for adverts booked and paid in full in advance for 4 consecutive issues
